




This Roussanne was aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. The resulting bright, fresh wine has a straw color with medium acidity. You will get floral on the nose…think white gardenia in early spring.

This Spanish varietal is well known in Texas. Our 2020 Tempranillo went through extended maceration and is a soft but medium bodied, well balanced wine with bright acidity and substantial tannins.
Silky pepper-cinnamon chocolate ganache offers a rich, aromatic warmth with a gentle spicy kick.

The 2023 Bisaccia is our first white wine blend and is named after the Italian town that Mike's grandfather migrated from in the 1920s. This blend is led by Trebbiano so you get some of those expected pear.
Decadent white chocolate vanilla ganache topped with caramelized sugar crunch mimics the classic crème brûlée experience in every bite.
